I am writing from the Chile Santiago North Mission to notify you that everything is alright with your son, Elder Aaron Webb. There have been several problems with Internet communication from the Isla Juan Fernández in the past couple of days, including loss of land-line phone service. We are still in communication with your son and mass communication is expected to be repaired within the next couple of days. Elder Webb has instructions to establish a e-mail communication with your family when the problem is resolved on the island.
